✅ How to Make Turkish Coffee
Traditional Preparation Method:
Measure: Add 1 heaping teaspoon of coffee per cup (60ml water) into a cezve (small coffee pot).
Add Sugar (Optional): Add sugar before boiling – none a little, medium , or sweet.
Stir Cold Water: Add cold water and stir well until coffee dissolves.
Heat Slowly: Place cezve on low heat. Do not stir after it starts heating.
Watch the Foam: When the foam rises, remove from heat just before it boils.
Serve Carefully: Pour foam into cups first, then fill slowly with remaining coffee.
Let Grounds Settle: Wait a few seconds for grounds to settle before drinking.
